- Proactively communicate with clients and internal team via phone, email, and web meetings to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded.
- Work through pre-established checklists and project workflows to ensure all steps are being completed successfully.
- Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure the Forge or Fuse product accomplishes client goals.
- Coordinate necessary resources among the Onboarding Team to ensure work is completed on time for our clients.
- Conduct web meetings with clients and internal teams, as well as regular phone calls and email communications with our clients.
- Participate in team meetings to review the status of projects and other activities
- Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions

About the Role
Within Agency Revolution, Project Managers are responsible for implementing two products: Fuse and Forge. You're responsible for coordinating all aspects of each Forge and Fuse project–from kick-off to launch. Client coordination, setting expectations, and ensuring projects are progressing as expected are core responsibilities, as is coordinating with our Content Managers, Integration Specialists, and Visual Designers to ensure our products look great and reflect the clients' businesses.
