    Job Summary:

    Under general supervision, responsible for providing specialized administrative support in a laboratory and/or clinical research environment.

    Job Duties:

    1.Coordinates multiple research protocols and grant submissions.

    2.Assists with monitoring budgets, spending, purchasing and participant payments.

    3.Creates, completes and tracks forms and reports for study sponsors.

    4.Schedules on-site visits or meetings and prepares agendas as indicated.

    5.Provides routine technical/administrative assistance in performing assigned and delegated tasks in support of research projects to ensure continuous clinical research operations.

    6.Maintains research subject files for each clinical study and enters all subject data into research database.

    7.Monitors ongoing activities on various research studies to ensure compliance with local, state & federal regulations.

    8.Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

    Experience:

    Three years of progressive experience in grant administration, research coordination, data collection, and/or facilitating the patient experience in research projects is required.
