    Shift:
    Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm


    Potential candidates will possess:
    Good analytical skills

    Adaptability

    Flexibility

    Customer service skills

    Basic Computer skills (knows how to type and what a mouse is, able to use web browser, data entry, ect)

    We will support various tasks including but not limited to:

    Receiving applications / mail

    Sorting mail

    Opening mail

    Scanning documents

    Data entry

    Outbound calls for to request additional information and / or documentation

    Inbound calls / answer basic questions

    Preparing the documentation for review
