Examples of DutiesReceives work orders and prepares work schedule according to nature of job. .Inventories and orders supplies and equipment.
Ensures that all equipment is maintained through routine and preventative maintenance.
Maintains records and prepares reports on custodial activities.
Prepares and paints interior and exterior surfaces including drywall installation and finishing. Cleans area and equipment when completed.
Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, faucets, valves, drains, traps, filters, pipe fittings, etc. use din gas, water, and air in compliance with code regulations.
Assemble, install, replace, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, fuses, circuit breakers, switches, motor elements, cords, plugs, thermostats, etc. in buildings and other structures.


Minimum/Preferred QualificationsEducation:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Preferred Experience: 5 years work related to building trades. Supplemental Information Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures. Knowledge of the methods and techniques used in custodial maintenance practices and techniques. Knowledge of and ability to operate custodial maintenance needs.
