Offers less structured activities for parents/children. Tracks participant's accomplishments, long and short term goals, effort, and evaluations as appropriate for age and type of instruction. Maintains control of and accounts for whereabouts and safety of program participants. Observes and evaluates participants developmental level and records progress. Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate. Be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal). Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. or Associates Degree or higher with 15 semester hours of college credit in the area of instruction. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay.

Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
