- Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to executive leadership.
- Manage and optimize cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and optimize tax strategies.
- Oversee financial reporting processes, including GAAP and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and resolve any audit issues.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, including direct and indirect reports.
- Manage a corporate team of 10 finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Strong background in public accounting, preferably within a Big Four firm.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred but open to candidates from other industries.
- Proficiency in tax and treasury functions is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of annual salary.
