    Operations Coordinator, Plano

    Temp to Hire

    Pay rate $25-$27, depending on experience

    Enjoy this Hybrid position - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home


    Duties

    Will be processing, auditing, and evaluating invoices for correct billing

    Creating reports in Excel and analyzing data.

    Will be responsible for data entry, tracking information, and following through.
    Managing records; filing, labeling, and recording


    Experience
    2+ years prior administrative office experience required

    Proficiency and experience in Excel, including data analysis - exporting data, calculations, use of filters, sorting, graphs, etc.
    Experience with MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
    Operations experience preferred

    High school degree or equivalent required
    Associate's degree preferred

    Accounts payable experience a plus.


    Work Requirements
    Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
    Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill
    and profitability for the company
