The Manager of Data Science supports the Chief Actuary and the Actuarial & Analytics Department's mission of championing the use of data for critical company decision making. This individual provides both leadership and hands-on analytical expertise to advance UE's use of data in decision-making.Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of data analysts and data scientists, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning within the data science team.
