    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are looking for a motivated Account Executive who is passionate about Sports Marketing and is committed to exceeding client expectations. Role is hybrid but requires that candidate be based in the Charlotte, NC area. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of client service.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Build strong relationships and communicate on a regular basis with clients.

    · Gather information about a project's scope, budgets, and timelines.

    · Meet with other team members to discuss clients' project goals, progress, and outcomes.

    · Write clear briefs to communicate client needs, objectives, and deliverables to internal teams.

    · Develop and monitor budgets and timelines for clients.

    · Coordinate internal teams to meet project milestones – creative, digital, administrative.

    · Assemble resources to meet clients' or businesses' goals.

    · Support renewal efforts of current clients and be able to provide insights based on client conversations, history, and relationships.

    · Proactively generate new ideas for new project opportunities to grow client business.

    · Create presentations and reports to effectively present information to clients and internal stakeholders.

    · Support new business development by leading and managing RFP response projects.

    · Prepare materials for weekly status calls internally and externally.

    · Oversee asset delivery and internal management of assets and presentations.

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Local to Charlotte, NC

    · Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (sports marketing is a plus).

    · Strong understanding of the sport of soccer: Professional teams, leagues, and commercial.

    · PowerPoint and excel proficiency are a must.

    · Strategic Selling and presentation experience.

    · Creative strategist with the ability to analyze data and gather insights to concept client solutions.

    · Ability to multitask and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.

    · Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.

    · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve.

    · Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.

    · High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.

    · Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.

    · Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

    · Ability to travel and to work non-traditional hours when needed, facilitating special requests- primarily for field events and client activations.

    PREFERRED:

    · Bilingual (Spanish- business proficiency)

    · Familiarity/Interest in Soccer

    · Experience managing digital and social media campaigns.
