- Contract Length: 6 months+
- Shift Details: part or full time available
- Monday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm. Can do 3 days, if that works for the candidate
- 25 pts in clinic and do at least 10-12 surgeries in a full day. Surgeries are least days a month
- Amount of coverage needed per month: part time M-Th.
- Patients per day: Average 25 PPD
- Patient population/age: Adult, very rarely will see Peds Population
- Department description: Procedures/cases: Need to be able to perform Cataract Surgeries, MIGs, YAGs/SLTs, and general Ophthalmology visits such as Glaucoma evals, Plaquenil evals, Dry Eye evals etc.
- Support Staff: 2 Optometrists and other support staff. No other Ophthalmologist
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Outpatient Surgery Center
- BC in Ophthalmology
- VA license in hand - strongly preferred
- DEA - Required
