$1.50/hr extra on the weekends, $1.00/hr extra on night shift, and $0.75/hr for afternoon shift

Essential Duties:
The Nurse (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care.
Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Supportive in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility.
Monitoring residents' condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

Qualifications:
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in Illinois.
