- Collaborate closely with guests to plan and execute events.
- Facilitate communication between guests, internal departments, and vendors to ensure seamless event coordination.
- Develop comprehensive event outlines (BEOs) to guide event execution.
- Conduct final walk-throughs prior to events to ensure all details are in place.
- Coordinate staffing needs, including scheduling servers and bartenders for events.
- Conduct tours and host tastings to showcase our event offerings.
- Create and manage payment schedules, as well as process payments.
- Promptly respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in event planning is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
