- Must possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the State of Ohio.
- Ohio Board of Nursing Certification in Intravenous Therapy.
- Must be currently certified in CPR (and recertified bi-annually).
- Prefer minimum of one year's experience in pertinent clinical area. Nurses who do not meet this requirement must obtain experience through competency based orientation (CBO).

What You Will Do:
