    Human Resources Director

    The HR Director is directly responsible for the Human Capital effectiveness and the enabling policies, procedures and processes for TurbineAero. The HR Director provides senior leadership to drive improvements in human capital effectiveness, which enables the company to deliver increased value to our customers, resulting in continued revenue growth and double-digit percentage improvements in profitability.

    Human Resources Director Duties:

    • Lead the continued development of a higher performance work team by significantly improving the performance management process and strengthen alignment of personal goals and objectives with company goals.
    • Lead efforts to significantly improve the company's efforts to recruit and retain top talent.
    • Strengthen & deploy an improved Training & Development process, which strengthens the quality and effectiveness of salaried personnel and improves the flexibility and total cost of hourly personnel.
    • Directly lead efforts to reduce all human capital costs as well as human resource vendors, suppliers and service providers:
    • Lead and continuously improve the company's efforts to deliver quality services to our employees in a timely manner and ensure that our company's HR related policies, procedures and performance adheres to all contractual and legal requirements.
    • Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable requirements of FAA Part 145.
    • Lead the organization to adhere to all applicable employment and related laws.
    • Strengthen the process for measuring and monitoring employee's perception of the organization's communication, leadership effectiveness and their personal engagement.
    Requirements:

    Human Resources Director Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or a business discipline.
    • 12+ years of Human Resource experience in a combination of large aerospace or industrial businesses, as well as small to mid-size manufacturing type operations, where HR would require more hands on leadership, due to less infrastructure and support resources.
    • 5+ years in HR management roles demonstrating the required competencies with a track record of achieving goals similar to the performance outcomes
    • Early career experience in a larger industrial company to develop and sharpen HR skills and proficiency is a plus.
    • Experience or familiarity with aerospace systems and businesses is a plus, especially as it relates to FAA Part 145 random drug screening.
    • SHRM certification is a plus
