Overview
Exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to work in our Guidance & Navigation Division in Pine Brook, NJ.
In this role, you will be a key member of a technical team responsible for the development, design, and testing of high-reliability electronics for inertial navigation systems.
This is a Principal level technical position, responsible for electrical circuit design emphasizing component selection and application analysis.Includes circuit architecture, performing trade studies, presenting materials for peer review, and for seeing development activities through integration, qualification and into production.
Must be familiar with circuit design and analysis using industry-standard analysis tools.Leads and drives advanced engineering initiatives within our organization. Must provide strategic technical leadership, oversee complex projects, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a deep technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives
Responsibilities
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $160,000 - $185,000 Annually.
This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
Additionally, we offer a medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, and a 9/80 work week with every other Friday off.
