    Job Summary:
    Seeking an experienced financial professional for a hybrid role focusing on operational financial support and cost control in a manufacturing setting.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience, with a preference for backgrounds in chemical, food, or cosmetics industries
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficiency in SAP-COPA/FICO systems
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with RPABOT and robotic financial closing processes
    • Experience in managing and implementing financial processes and systems
    • Strong financial analysis capabilities to support cost reductions and performance improvements

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide financial assistance to the Senior Plant Controller, focusing on sound financial and operational decisions
    • Use analysis techniques and metrics to recommend improvements in operational performance and cost reductions
    • Support the annual budget process, including preparation of financial manufacturing budget plans and product standard costs
    • Assist in inventory management, reviewing obsolete items and providing recovery and accrual recommendations
    • Assist in capital planning, evaluating financial payback on capital expenditure proposals
    • Support plant and corporate finance initiatives, providing cost information for projects
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of plant accounting systems and records, adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Support financial closing activities, control labor and overhead expenditures, and manage asset utilization
    • Act as the Site Controller for the Rincon, GA location

    Focus Areas:

    • Stabilize SAP implementation post-Go Live in October 2023
    • Implement robotic process automation for financial closing processes
    • Oversee variance reviews and process enhancements for operational efficiency
    • Monitor and manage insurance claim submissions with the Finance Manager
    • Improve business processes and reduce primary raw material inventory
    Pay Details: $51.00 to $69.00 per hour
