**Part-Time 1pm - 9:30pm**

** (some weekend shifts required)**

**Position Summary:**

Performance of general cleaning duties, inclusive of daily floor cleaning and buffing in the kitchen.

Performance of dishwashing procedures.

Performance of 3 sink pot and dishwashing procedures.

Working with cleaning chemicals.

Assisting in food preparation as needed.

Adherence to all sanitation and food handling procedures.

Adherence to all safety policies and procedures of Carleton Willard Village and regulatory authorities.

Reporting of all hazardous conditions or equipment.

Assurance that food preparation and storage areas are maintained in a clean and properly arranged manner.

Performance of other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed.

**Qualifications:**

Must have an understanding of FIFI (First in First Out) stocking practices.

Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, reach and lift most of the working day.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push food carts up to 100 pounds.
