    About the Role:

    We are seeking a reliable and positive Flex Security Officer to serve our customers in Houston, TX. As part of our team, you will provide security detail as outlined in post orders and establish working relationships with clients, local law enforcement, and fire departments.


    • Able to work various shifts including 1st/2nd shift, 2nd/3rd shift & 3rd/1st shift on call for six days per week.



    • Mandatory work days include Friday Saturday Sunday.



    • One guaranteed day off per week to fall between Monday Thursday at Account Manager's discretion.

    Main Responsibilities:


    • Immediate response coverage when dispatched by management team.
      The officer should have knowledge about all vertical markets covering retail sectors hospitality sectors corporate sectors high-rise facilities residential facilities parking facilities etc.; Engage conflict resolution onsite assists client duties assigned maintains an orderly workplace trains new personnel under management supervision helps maintain daily logs according post orders create incident reports observes report suspicious activities ensures proper equipment handling during prepostshift procedures must stand walk extended periods ability work outside weather conditions additional tasks may be needed.
