    Responsibilities and Impact

    :

    Mobility Global is seeking an

    Accounts Payable Specialist, Travel & Expense (T&E)

    to own and administer our global T&E function in

    SAP Concur

    for a newly spun, publicly traded company operating in 20+ countries.

    This role will ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable T&E processes while supporting global employees, managing system configuration, and maintaining strong internal controls in a SOX environment.

    Oversee end-to-end T&E processing, exception handling, and reimbursements
    Ensure compliance with global tax/regulatory requirements (including VAT/GST)
    Serve as primary point of contact for employee T&E inquiries and training
    Maintain T&E documentation, SOPs, and internal controls in alignment with SOX
    Support internal and external audits and remediation activities
    Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT on system integrations and improvements
    Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance

    Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

    In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

    What We're Looking For:

    Basic Required Qualifications

    :

    5+ years of AP experience with a strong focus on SAP Concur T&E
    Experience supporting a global organization (20+ countries)
    Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit processes
    Strong understanding of VAT/GST related to employee expenses
    Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
    Additional Preferred Qualifications

    :

    Experience in a public company
    Experience integrating Concur with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
