Job summary
The purpose of this job is to conduct various types of analytical and financial duties of the Leisure Services Department. Analyzes management and department data, procedures, operating systems, and financial policies and procedures in order to identify any redundancies and assess efficiencies; develops tracking updates performance measures manages software programs for registration fiscal operations handles daily reconciliations cash deposits conducts reviews analyses operations fiscal affairs organizational structure responsibilities affects efficiency effectiveness department develops measurements both qualitative quantitative data evaluation strategies cost-benefit analysis regression analysis time series analysis statistical methodologies assess programs services flow charts represent processes assists Project Manager financial tracking reporting capital program development SPLOST-funded projects managed by Department develops regular reports summarize expenditures encumbrances planned future liabilities each improvement project prepares reports presentations concerning departmental expenditure revenue grant donation scholarship findings associated charts graphs spreadsheets budget development coordinates all communications within between departments provides administrative assistance supervisor composing disseminating information staff manages software public registrations financial operations serves first point contact training resolving related issues evaluates revenue fees charges grants donations works staff recommend fee changes based cost analysis professional trends audits financial operations all department grants gift shop sales cash funds point-sale operations recommends appropriate changes ensure integrity systems reconciles daily cash checks received across Leisure Services locations deposits bank monitors strategic planning process recommends updates participates ACCGov strategic planning process provides training fiscal operations related policies procedures performs other duties required.
