This role is a key leader in a multi year global SAP S4HANA program
A Day In The Life
The Senior Director Data and Analytics will partner closely with IT Supply Chain Sales the SAP program PMO business analytics leaders Lead the enterprise lakehouse strategy on Microsoft Fabric OneLake including architecture engineering standards security performance cost management platform reliability Own the centralized data pipeline approach for ingestion transformation modeled data sets reusable domains Drive platform standards Power BI GitHub development workflows version control practices repeatable release processes Define enterprise reporting analytics strategy S4 including delivered through SAP versus Fabric semantic models governed Enterprise KPIs aligned lead KPI definition alignment validation processes required delivery compliance operational readiness Partner tightly with SAP program PMO domain teams ensure deliverables remain plan meet quality expectations Establish lead enterprise data governance council cadence Create clear stewardship strategy partnership business leaders stewardship roles decision rights accountability Stand up high SLAs monitoring remediation workflows critical domains Act executive level evangelist explain central team structure benefits each department Lead mixed employees contractors drive accountability delivery engineering integration governance analytics Set clear expectations quality documentation testing operational excellence Build high performance culture execution coaching continuous improvement Scale capacity contractors consultants SAP while maintaining standards consistency workstreams Who You Are years progressive leadership in enterprises experience building governance operating councils stewardship programs Expertise in enterprises cloud SAC BW Hana integration Comfort leading mixed teams contractor consultant delivery Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation position estimated salary $180750 - $241000 actual may vary depending skills qualifications experience location
