    Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Location: Maryland (Multiple Locations Available)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
    • Implement and supervise behavior intervention programs
    • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment goals
    • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Maryland state licensure or eligibility for licensure
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
