    The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Systems and Data Specialist. This announcement will be used to fill a classified position located at the DHR Central Office in Boise, ID. This position will work closely with our Systems and Data manager to support agencies, triage requests from agencies, create reports, analyze data, and make suggestions on improvements.

    Summary:

    Assume a leading role in developing, organizing, and prioritizing reports, as well as assisting agencies with system support requests.

    Responsibilities:

    HRIS Assistance

    • Assist with system support in Luma (Infor) to include technical support and guidance provided to HR
    • Assist with training for systems and procedures
    • Research, develop, and recommend human resource related reports
    • Assist in the maintenance/audits of HR data and systems

    Data Analytics

    • Conduct analytical studies to include working with large amounts of data
    • Assist with fulfilling ad hoc HR related requests for reports
    • Analyze data for accuracy and adequacy and identify problems and probable causes
    • Prepare reports of study findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Good knowledge of:

    • Project management
    • Organizational/business analysis and evaluation
    • Process improvement methodology
