    A Customer Service /Contract Renewal Specialist is responsible for:
    • Supporting our existing customer base by managing planned maintenance agreement renewals with a strong emphasis on retention, entering necessary contract updates & entering new planned maintenance agreements in company software system.
    • Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with our Sales Team & Service Branches.
    • Standard working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Process Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) information in company accounting system including: services to be performed, site locations, equipment details, tax info and credit account info.
    • Process renewal agreements and make modifications as needed to existing contracts.
    • Updating of customer information in our database.
    • Provide weekly contact & progress reports as well as customer follow up information to supervisor as requested.
    Qualifications/Experience

    Proven data entry & retention abilities along with PC skills are required. PC Skills include experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Successful candidate will be required to learn Clifford Power Systems, Inc.'s internal software.
