    "Overview:

    Under the supervision of the surgeon, the CST-FA performs first assistant duties during the surgical procedure. In addition, the CST-FA performs in the role of the Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room as needed. Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team.     Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Minimum 3 years Surgical Technologist scrub experience

    Required Education:
    Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred

    Certifications:
    BLS through the
