    SMC is seeking qualified candidates for a Regular HR Administrative Specialist III, to provide administrative support for theCourtsdynamicHRteam.
    Thepersoninthisrolewillsupporttalentacquisition,talentmanagement,andrecords management. They will manage supply orders and maintain HRs SharePoint pages . This position will report directly to Sr. HR Business Partner.

    YOU WILL BE MOST SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION IF YOU:
    Have applied experience administering HRIS and ATS systems (e.g. EV5, Workday, NeoGov).Have proven abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including OneNote and SharePoint.
    Have commitment to public services and strive to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
    Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
    Have applied experience in public service recruitment practices.

    Ensure all work assignments are completed in a timely and professional manner while providing high quality service.
    Recruitment supportSupport the Courts recruiter in the coordination and facilitation of recruitment activities.

    This body of work includes the maintenance of recruitment calendars and reports, facilitating and recording of recruitment training requirements, preparing correspondence, participating in recruitment outreach and talent management activities.

    Coordinate and facilitate new hire on-boarding.
    Records/AccessManagement Create, maintain, and archive employee files and other HR-related files in accordance with City and Court retention policies.

    Support the Courts Personnel Specialist in the administration of court building access, including compliance with access requirements and maintaining appropriate record keeping and building access.

    Support the Sr. HR Business Partner in the administration of Citys training database (Cornerstone). Develop and maintain contents for the HR In web and SharePoint site. Coordinate and maintain service delivery records for the department.

    General Administrative Support Perform reception duties that include responding to the public and court employees seeking information relating to Human Resources.

    Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies. Ensures HR communication pieces are updated (manual and electronic records). Coordinate maintenance of office equipment / housekeeping. Support the coordination of employment engagement events for the Court.

    3+yearsclericalsupportexperience ORA combination of education, training and/or experience which provides evidence of the ability to perform work of the class.

    SALARY The full salary range for this position is $ $36.53 per hour.
