    Job Title:
    Residential Advisor Supervisor


    Schedule- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday-3 pm. -12 am. Wednesday , Saturday- 8am. -5 pm. Thursday , Friday -Off days

    Salary- 56,160.00 annually

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Advisor Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with disadvantaged students between the ages of 16 and 25.

    As a Residential Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support to students in a residential setting to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.



    Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and support to students in a residential setting
    • Create and implement programs to support student development
    • Monitor student behavior and address any issues that arise
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
    • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills to be able to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage the demands of the residential setting
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

    Requirements


    Qualifications:

    Minimum:
    High School Diploma or High School Equivalency and two years' experience working with youth and young adults.

    Preferred:
    Minimum plus previous Job Corps experience.


    Knowledge:
    Ability to effectively communicate with and relate to disadvantaged youths. Must be able to obtain a State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/1st Aid & AED certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to inspire and motivate staff, and model professional behaviors to set the standard for how students and staff should conduct themselves on a consistent basis.
