- Formulating reports, providing status reports to management, and compiling and distributing material for management
- Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as recruitment and training
- Recommending and analyzing data
- Becoming aware of guidelines
- Being responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Three years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, business administration, business management, Organizational Development Psychology, or Sociology. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree (minimum of 3 years)

Pay Range: Factors influencing final salary may include geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Comprehensive benefits offered such as healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off benefits; competitive compensation and learning and development opportunities. Salary range: $85,800 - $180,200
