    Job Title: Registered Nurse (NOC Shift)

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team for the NOC (Night) shift. As a Registered Nurse at North Pointe Care Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient behaviors
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
    • Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
    • Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures

    Qualifications:
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of (Insert State)
    • Minimum of (Insert years) years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
    • Current CPR certification
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
