    Responsive is looking for a seasoned Content Marketing Manager — reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing — to play a critical role in executing our global content strategy across all marketing channels to elevate the Responsive brand and fuel pipeline.

    The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and creator, driving the production of compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, establishes Responsive as a category leader in Strategic Response Management (SRM), and advances opportunities for our GTM team.


    As the Content Marketing Manager, you will:
    Develop human-centered content across various channels and formats (blogs, web pages, webinars, social media, videos, and more) to support integrated, ABM, growth, event, product, customer, and lifecycle marketing strategies
    Tailor global integrated marketing campaigns by merchandising content for priority segments, channels, and audiences
    Work cross-functionally with channel owners to support key projects with on-brand content
    Collaborate closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to shape and manage a robust editorial calendar
    Manage existing content library to ensure content stays timely, relevant, and effective
    Measure and report on content performance to continuously optimize the content marketing strategy
    What you'll need to be successful in this role:
    Top-notch writing and editing skills. You'll not only be contributing to strategy, but also putting pen to paper on a daily basis. Video production experience is a plus
    An understanding of B2B audiences across all business sizes: SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
    A solid foundation in SEO and blog writing best practices
    Exceptional project management skills. You'll be balancing multiple projects at the same time with a variety of stakeholders
    A growth mindset. You need to constantly learn, improve, and adapt
    Prioritization, organization, and time management
    Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment

    Required experience:
    3-5 years in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS

    Additional Information:
    The compensation range for this role is $88,000-$130,000 On-Target Earnings (base + bonuses), depending on experience and location.
