- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human & Community Service or other Healthcare related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Graduate Medical Education experience with ACGME, ABIM, AAMC, ECFMG, ERAS, NRMP and other accrediting and related agencies required
- Experience with Academic settings and Universities required
- Five (5) years previous Office Management experience required
- Experience with healthcare operations, large projects and multi-entity large organizations required
- Experience with large project implementation preferred
- Experience with healthcare clinical and financial system implementations preferred

Summary:
This position is an ACGME and UB required position to administratively lead the Catholic Health Graduate Medical Education Training Program in Family Medicine.
This individual will be key to the implementation of appropriate and necessary policies, procedures, and coordination of the Family Medicine Training Program (FMTP) to allow it to move forward.
This individual works as required by ACGME, under the Director of Graduate Medical Education and the Clinical Program Director and his/her designee in all aspects of the FMTP at Catholic Health.
This individual will play a key role in the upfront planning of the program and work collaboratively to define project scope and implementation strategies with all U.B.
project participants.This individual will also coordinate activities with all Osteopathic Medical Schools and Osteopathic Medical Students including assuring necessary Affiliation Agreements, Medical Student rotations and activity scheduling, as well as all Osteopathic Medical School educational training payment invoice submissions to and tracking of payment from these educational institutions.
Additionally, this individual will supervise the Program Administrator of Podiatry and serve as a resource to other Catholic Health Program Administrators as required.
