    Job DescriptionAre you a hard working HVAC/R service technician looking for a new place to call home? Austin Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is looking for a few good techs to round out our Service Department. As a HVAC/R service company, our never-ending mission is to Keep Austin Cool in the summertime, Keep Austin Warm in the winter, and Keep Austin Air Clean all year round. We are seeking a new HVAC/R Service Tech to join our team. Your role will be to run HVAC/R service calls throughout the greater Austin metroplex. As a member of the Service department, you will be tasked with completing your daily service calls, working with clients across Austin and reporting to our Service Manager for training and when assistance is needed.
    What You Will Do:
    • Repair and diagnosis HVAC/R units.
    • Complete bids in a timely fashion.
    • Work with clients so they understand what is happening with their systems.
    • Perform preventative maintenance.
    • Educate clients on the benefits of UV light air purification systems.
    • Assist the construction department with start up and diagnosing issues.

    What You Will Bring:Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
    • HVAC/R experience.
    • ServiceTitan experience (preferred).
    • A strong work ethic and pride in your work.
    • A desire to work 40-50 hours a week in summer.
    • A hearty appetite for making money and BBQ
