    Primary Assignments:
    Mentor and enhance a dedicated team of Regulatory Technologists.

    Craft and navigate strategic regulatory plans that align with our innovative projects and products.

    Communicate pivotal compliance insights with senior executives to drive business decisions.

    Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain our compliance across all boards with a proactive, educated approach.


    Essential Qualifications:
    A robust background with a Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Science, Nutrition, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.

    5-10 years of regulatory management experience within the food or beverage industry.

    In-depth knowledge of USDA/FDA/CFIA regulations, and a solid grasp of SQF Certification processes.

    Stellar organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

    Proven leadership capabilities with a knack for fostering team growth and driving results in high-pressure environments.
