Job Summary

The Personal Trust Administrative Specialist performs administrative duties including greeting customers via telephone calls,
in person,
or at their home,
completing correspondence and reports,
document imaging,
and handling client requests for Trust Officer's accounts.

This level of position administers less complex trusts estates individual retirement accounts
and agency accounts or tasks without direct supervision of the Trust Officer.
