- Set annual goals for the project management office and the enterprise system team
- Supervise staff, oversee work efforts, and evaluate performance
- Support various Ellucian products and maintain technical standards
- Conduct regular review meetings, intervene and resolve issues, and support project committees
- Guide the IT Project Management framework, communicate effectively, and ensure high standards
- Maintain the PMO framework, identify KPIs, and provide training to stakeholders
- Manage project portfolios, ensure goals are met, and collaborate with external vendors
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate projects, write proposals, and engage the user community
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in computer science or technology management or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of Enterprise System management experience required
- Minimum 5 years project management experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with modern project management platforms preferred
- Previous experience in Higher Ed setting required
- Technical skills including Oracle, SQL, reporting, and dashboard development
- Data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a service-oriented and result-driven approach
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage vendors, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Superior time management skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience leading organizational change and engaging stakeholders
- Ability to lift and move objects and materials occasionally
