    Primary Responsibilities
    • Provide technical leadership on complex geomechanics and mining projects, with emphasis on open pit mining.
    • Lead advanced numerical modeling efforts, interpret results, and present technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining and expanding long-term relationships.
    • Drive proposal development, scope definition, and project execution strategy.
    • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers.
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
    • Contribute strategically to business development initiatives.
    • Travel up to 20% for client site visits and professional conferences.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Master's or Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering, Geomechanics, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geophysics, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant post-graduate experience in geomechanics, rock mechanics, mining engineering, or related consulting roles.
    • Extensive experience with advanced numerical modeling.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex technical projects and mentoring teams.
    • Strong business development acumen and client-facing experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Field experience and familiarity with advanced geomechanics software preferred.
    • Employment-based visa sponsorship may be available, subject to business needs, candidate qualifications, and immigration regulations.
    Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
