Job Description
Guide the governance body, administrative board and project unit so as to facilitate proper functioning of the project especially at the time of initiation of the project Handle opposing precedences and various perspectives in an efficient manner Effectively supervise the dynamics of the project team Makes sure that stakeholders team members and all other related personnel are aware of their respective responsibilities and duties basically their participation in the project Determine target markers and eventually designs a plan for each phase Improve communication plans reports changes to top management personnel Makes appropriate use record outcomes learned during projects uses them for future projects Manages work processes ensures that projects are handed over within stipulated timeframe budget Enforces suitable execution plans strategies to avoid hindrances malfunctioning Work with vendors to calculate total monetary fund required for purchase tools instruments Closely observes employees assigns individual tasks based on skill capabilities areas expertise
