Job summary
The Study Activations Project Coordinator coordinates initial study start-up activities including Research Review Committee , Feasibility Committee and Accrual sub-committee.Responsibilities include coordination of new study pipeline activities Trial Allocation and Capacity Support System approval process accurate compilation submission protocols regulatory documents into Clinical Trials Management System ensuring all materials required committee reviews Institutional Review Board complete.
- Management meetings feasibility RRC Accrual preparation meeting agendas coordination committee reviewer assignments monitoring attendance production minutes;
- Oversight committee correspondence completion tasks;
- Maintaining records clinical trial reporting supporting compilation data Cancer Center Support Grant metric reporting.
