    Job Title: SuccessFactors Solution Architect

    Work Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

    Job Description:

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Current SAP SuccessFactors Certification

    · Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll implementations in guiding roles on at least two projects

    · Knowledge of HR Business Processes

    · Agile implementation project experience

    Good knowledge and experience leading teams and administering Human Resource functionality in SAP SuccessFactors Modules including Employee Central EC Benefits PMGM Payroll Time Integrations

    Professional level Certified Successfactors Consultant is preferred but not mandatory Associate level certification in SF EC and in atleast couple of Talent modules Recruitment Onboarding PMGM Succession Learning Compensation Variable pay is mandatory.

    Functional Technical Industry experience of atleast 8 years in carrying out the mentioned Customer facing Job Roles Responsibilities Project Work experience in Food Products Consumer goods industry will be most preferred.

    Leadership abilities in functional system administration Business Process support and redesign

    Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationship and rapport with Key Business stakeholders and end users.

    You guide the project team including client team members through all phases of the implementation from Discovery to Deployment using the appropriate business measurements

    · You are responsible for the overall project performance for managing scope cost schedule and contractual deliverables which includes applying techniques for planning tracking change control and risk management

    · You guide the client to understand their needs and aspirations for HR processes understand the nature of their businesses and drive defining solutions using SAP SuccessFactors

    · You demonstrate deep expertise of SAP SuccessFactors not only for Core HR and Payroll but as well for integration to other applications

    · You assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solution with clients how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements

    · You work collaboratively with the client team and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client
