Currently, StaffBright has a great Production Manager position in the Redford, MI area.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's small manufacturing plant facility.

The Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, including supervisors and frontline staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary to address deviations from quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and coordinate procurement activities to meet production requirements.

Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing/production experience and 2+ years of management experience required.
Experience working in a lean manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the industry.
