    Functions

    • Energy Development Advisor
    • Contact potential Customers
    • Schedule Appointments
    • Over see a team of appointment setters
    • Take Incoming calls
    • Customer relations
    • Handle escalated calls

    Requirements

    • Well spoken
    • Phone skills
    • Patient
    • Prior phone experience
    • Prior Call center manager experience
    • At least 2 years prior experience in a call center
    • Solar experience preferred

    Salary: $50,000-$60,000
