We are looking for two Director of Construction level leaders for Large Mechanical Construction Firm. The individual would be supervising $100 million plus project in the United States Some Travel will be required.


Job ResponsibilitiesSite Visits :

You would likely need to visit construction sites regularly to oversee progress, address issues, and ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.

These site visits could be local or require travel to different regions or even countries, depending on the location of your projects.

Client Meetings :

Traveling to meet with clients is common, especially during the initial stages of project planning and throughout the construction process.

These meetings could involve discussing project requirements, presenting proposals, providing updates on project status, and addressing any concerns or requests from clients.

Supplier and Contractor Meetings :
You may need to travel to meet with suppliers, subcontractors, and other partners involved in the construction process.

These meetings could be to negotiate contracts, coordinate deliveries, or resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project.

Industry Events and Conferences :

Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events can be valuable for staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the mechanical construction field.

These events may require travel to different cities or countries.


Training and Professional Development :

As a leader in your field, you may also travel to attend training sessions, seminars, or workshops to enhance your skills, knowledge, and professional development.
