Job summary
This Is a Dual Role Position Which IncludesPerforms non-professional direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. Assists in providing high quality, cost-effective care by performing delegated tasks.
Provides extensive monitoring function for all cardiac monitoring function for all cardiac telemetry and hard-wire monitored patients and monitors a specified number of patients ordered pulse oximetry in a centralized location.
This position also possesses a good knowledge of dysrhythmia interpretation and utilizes effective communication with multiple units nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
