    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our recruitment efforts and maintaining efficient HR operations, helping us attract top talent and ensure a positive workplace environment.     Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure information is up-to-date and compliant.

    Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.

    Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' fit and qualifications.

    Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing information and updates.

    Facilitate pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference checks.

    Collaborate with HR team to organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

    Provide administrative support for the HR department, including record-keeping and file maintenance.

    Assist in new hire onboarding, including preparation of welcome packets and scheduling orientations.

    Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms.

    Generate recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring metrics.

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

    Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Support the HR department in organizing company training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Job Specification/Requirements:

    Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a human resource or recruiting role

    Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Experience with scheduling and coordinating interviews.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

    Willingness to assist with general HR tasks and projects as needed.

    Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks for recruiting purposes.

    Ability to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
