- Oversee placement in and management of the group homes.
- Ensure that staffing adhere to all compliance regulations as it relates to the Home and Community Based Settings Rule and other governing standards provided by the Department of Mental Health.
- Oversee budget and expenditures for group home programs, reviewing and approving supply requisitions. This will also include overseeing people served account expenditures.
- Collaborate with Support Staff (e.g. Social worker, Psychologist, pharmacy, psychiatrist) to ensure that clinical needs of the people served are being met.
- Serve as liaison with families, Region V Department of Mental Health and other agencies, individuals, and groups as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the Vice President
- Four- year degree from an accredited college in a Human Services related field and experience in providing services to people with ID/DD.
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally; and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including human body.
