    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Front of House Manager at Bar Louie, your main focus is ensuring the well-being and safety of team members, guests, and company assets. You embody the "hospitality gene" by genuinely caring about people while maintaining a fun yet professional demeanor. Your leadership is guided by the provided framework to drive profitable sales and high performance from your team. You excel at attracting, hiring, training, and retaining a great team, understanding that they reflect your leadership. Smart and efficient, you handle pre-shift activities, coach team members, inspire guests, and ensure a safe and profitable shift, adapting your style to match the guests' mood.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Exemplify Bar Louie's Mission, Vision, and Values daily.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and financial accuracy.
    • Support and enforce all policies and procedures.
    • Provide tools, coach, develop, and recognize team efforts.
    • Cultivate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
    • Lead by example and hold others accountable.
    • Complete required training and processes.
    • Handle store needs and emergency situations.
    • Ensure safe building entry and exit.
    • Follow all communicated policies and processes.
    • Create a pleasant guest experience and manage dining areas efficiently.
    • Organize and lead management meetings.
    • Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training.
    • Manage operational issues and customer inquiries.
    • Recommend process improvements.
    • Support customer inquiries and promotions.
    • Maintain schedule adherence and availability.
    • Perform other duties as needed.

    A successful Front of House Manager at Bar Louie thrives on engaging with people, food, and beverages, enjoying a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.     BASIC PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
