Retail Associate – CrossFit Booth at Wodapalooza - Miami
CrossFit is bringing our merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic pop-up at the Wodapalooza in Miami. We're looking for motivated, fitness-savvy retail associates to help deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Dates – March 12th – March 15th
- Hours – 8-10 hour shifts daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Compensation – Daily rate of $150 (Minimum of two (2) days availability required but all (4) days preferred)
- Location – Ocean Drive, Miami Beach (6th to 10th Street)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals and needs
- Educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits
- Support setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Track and report inventory levels during the event
- Be a positive, energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Availability for a minimum of two days (2) (including setup and breakdown)
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (8–10 hours)
- Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or living a healthy lifestyle
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
- Games apparel will be provided
