    Green Ivy Realty & Property Management is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.

    Green Ivy is a fast-growing company specializing in Property Management services, Residential Rentals, and Sales in the north Chicago area.

    At Green Ivy, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and as our Administrative Assistant, you will be the face and voice behind that pride.

    No two days will be the same, and new projects/tasks will always keep your daily responsibilities fresh and new.
    As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a major role in the smooth operation of our organization. Assisting & supporting the day-to-day needs of the office broker & office manager

    • Answering phones & greeting visitors
    • Processing rental applications
    • Filing, scanning, and organization of office data
    • Rental database management
    • Assisting with important company projects
    • Rent collection
    • Bill processing & bookkeeping
    Proficient typing and general computer skills

    • Previous admin/reception experience is a must - in the real estate industry is a HUGE plus
    • Ability to work flexible & additional hours as needed
    • Must live within close proximity of our office
    • Hours are Monday through Friday but occasional attendance at weekend and evening meetings is also required.
