Job Description

• Require a Senior Project Manager that will be responsible for up to two Products
• Project Manager will be tasked with overseeing both Product Software Development and even Client Engagement if needed. This is a possible Contract to Hire position with long term potential with client.
• Having Risk (medical code), Data Warehouse or Quality (HEDIS / Stars) experience is a significant plus.

• Require a Senior Project Manager with 5-10 years on working Product Development & Client base project management experience.
• Must have ability and be comfortable speaking to executives with proven experience to drive lower level team execution communication.
• Must have experience managing with Agile Safe methodology. Note: Project Manager will have direct interface to Release Train Engineer (RTE) and sometimes Scrum Manager.
• Require a team player with a strong positive drive
• Self-drive. Can deliver within a macro management environment
• Experience with managing financial project budgets, forecasts and estimates at completions at a program EPIC (project level) and rolled up Product Level
• Strong at driving mitigation and Issues and Risk with solid Path to Green Plan
• Risk (medical coding, gaps and chase) and Quality Experience (HEDIS & Stars)
• Weekly Status at a Product Level with strong interface working Product Management for updates.

• Prefer to have PMP Certification or going down that path
• MUST have a bachelors degree
