    Schedule:
    Four 10-hour shifts with on-call weekends and after-hours coverage

    Highlights:
    5-bed pre-op and 5-bed post-op unit with 2 procedural rooms
    RN-only staffing model with 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios
    Perform colonoscopies, endoscopies, and ERCPs using state-of-the-art endoscopic equipment
    Expanse electronic documentation system
    May float to local endoscopy facilities or pre-op/PACU as needed
    Small, family-oriented department with strong team dedication

    Requirements:
    Active RN license in Virginia or compact state eligibility
    Minimum 1 year of endoscopy procedural experience required
    Current ACLS and BLS certifications
    Proficiency with bedside monitors, EKG machines, and endoscopic equipment
